Naomi joined legal careers in 2013. Her portfolio involves a deep understanding of what is required by a law firm in selecting the right people for the right positions, and in retaining and developing key staff.
Naomi builds and nurtures client relationships in order to better understand their recruitment needs, provides a vital link between clients and candidates, and advises both parties on career progression within the job market.
NAOMI NGANDWE 
Michelle joined our dynamic Legal Careers team in 2012. She’s responsible for all of our administration, including sorting out of our database and technical side, uploading and managing CVs, and advertising all available vacancies.
Understanding candidates’ career goals allows Michelle to personally tailor the relevant application documents for their dream roles, while her recruitment experience also covers support staff, such as candidate attorneys, foreclosure and collection secretaries, call centre agents, admin, filing, receptionists, etc
MICHELLE ADAMS 
Julia has specialised in recruiting within the legal field for over 26 years. Having qualified with a Higher National Diploma in Personnel Management, she helps employees find a boss who will bring out their potential, both professionally and personally.
Julia prides herself on getting the right personality mix between employees and employers, making sure that both parties get what they want, and her forte lies in negotiating the best possible financial outcomes for both clients and candidates.
JULIA LOUW 
Kavita is an LLB graduate from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is a junior legal recruitment consultant and our newest recruit joining the team in March 2018.
She’s responsible for our administration including uploading and managing CV’S as well as guiding applicants through the recruitment process. She has become a database fundi eager to assist applicants with taking the right steps towards their dream job. Her background in law is definitely a legal recruitment bonus as she is able to understand applicant’s needs and provide advice accordingly.
KAVITA GOPAL 
Bea is the owner and senior head-hunter at Legal Careers, having started the company 26 years ago with the view of specialising in placements within all aspects the legal profession. Bea has been actively involved in Top Talent headhunting and recruitment throughout her 28 year career and understands what is required by South African law firms in selecting the right candidates for the right position.
Bea is highly skilled in identifying what it takes to accurately position and align a job applicant to a particular position and organisation.
She works very closely with her clients to ensure an effective outcome is achieved and can position your ‘on-paper’ profile to facilitate that ‘foot-in-the-door’, whether you are a graduate, middle manager or senior executive.
Bea also has first-hand knowledge of how employers assess job applicants and is well placed to use that knowledge to your advantage.
BEA LINDSAY
